I’m a student and I hate AI, I actually prefer not to have it. But unfortunately I sometimes feel like I’m forced to use it by professors. I’ll give an example, there is a professor that is a difficult grader. Imagine doing every single assignment and yet you still have a D in class? I have been poorly graded for not writing the assignments exactly how she wanted it. And she’s given me an incomplete or a 0 for assignments, and I promise you I worked hard in those assignments. So it makes me feel I’m not good enough. I started to use AI for her class only, and I’m now close to a B…I believe it’s at 78%. Some of these professors, are difficult graders. And I hate her class because she forces me to use AI. It feels like cheating, even when I write them in my own words. It feels even that even putting so much effort into your assignments, it’s not good enough for them and it’s doesn’t deserve a good grade but failing.
